BlackFunnels
Your ad says one thing.Your landing page says another. Most people leave before they scroll.
We build short, mobile-first funnels that pick up exactly where your ad left off.
One question per screen, proof before the form, and a lead that arrives in your CRM already scored.
Then we test one change at a time until the numbers stop arguing.
A funnel that continues the ad.
The problem, stated plainly
You are paying for every click. Here is where the money goes after it.
- The page was built for someone else. A homepage has to serve every visitor. An ad visitor came for one promise, and the page opens with something else.
- One number, no explanation. A long landing page gives you a conversion rate. It cannot tell you which sentence or which question lost the visitor.
- “Let’s A/B test it.” Two pages, a week, a gut call. Nobody can say whether the difference was real.
- Leads that need qualifying twice. A name and an email land in a spreadsheet. Sales still has to work out whether it was worth the call.
- Tracking you do not own. Someone else’s pixel on someone else’s platform. When you leave, the data stays behind.
What we do instead
A funnel that continues the ad.
The first screen mirrors your ad’s headline, so the visitor knows they are in the right place. Then three to six one-tap questions. Each one qualifies the lead and personalizes what comes next. Proof appears before we ask for anything. The form asks for one thing at a time, with a reason for each.
Built from research, not from a template.
Before we write a word, we read your site, mine your reviews and the forums your customers use, and profile your competitors. The result is a brief where every claim carries its source: who your buyers are, what they say in their own words, what they object to, and what makes a lead worth your time. Each funnel is built from one angle in that brief. Nothing in the copy is a number we could not source.
Tracked end to end, and you keep it.
Every screen, every answer and every field is a first-party event on your funnel. Meta receives the events it needs from both the browser and the server, counted once. Leads are encrypted the moment they arrive and sent to your CRM within seconds, with every answer, a score and a qualified flag attached.
Tested one change at a time.
Each variant changes one thing and names the metric it should move: the headline, the order of proof, the length of the form. Visitors are assigned once and stay assigned. The dashboard gives one of three answers: keep running, this one won, or no real difference. Not a gut call.
Yours to keep.
The funnels live on your domain. The definitions are plain files. The data sits in a database we run for you and can hand over. There is no editor to be locked into and no per-seat license.
How an engagement runs
Order matters here: each step feeds the next.
- 01
Intake
A short questionnaire about your offer, your buyers, your sales process and your brand rules. We fill in what we can from materials you already have.
- 02
Research
Your site, your reviews, the forums, your competitors. A sourced brief comes back with personas, pains, objections, a bank of your customers’ own phrases, and at least six distinct angles for the ads.
- 03
Build
One funnel per angle, previewed at phone size, reviewed with you before anything goes live.
- 04
Launch
Funnels go on your domain. One ad per funnel, or one ad feeding a split. Your pixel, your CRM, tested before the first dollar is spent.
- 05
Read
Hook rate first. If most people leave on screen one, the ad and the funnel disagree, and we fix that before anything else. Then drop-off per step, then the form, then lead quality, then cost per qualified lead.
- 06
Test
One change per variant. When the numbers settle, the winner becomes the new baseline and we test the next thing.
What you get
- Funnels on your own domain, mobile first, fast on 4G, working with JavaScript off.
- Meta Pixel and Conversions API set up on the funnel, deduplicated, with match quality we monitor.
- Leads delivered to your CRM by signed webhook, compatible with HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zapier and Make. Optional email alert for each lead.
- A dashboard readout: sessions, hook rate, drop-off per step, lead rate, qualified lead rate, and cost per lead once we import your ad spend.
- The answer distributions for every question. That is audience research you did not have to pay for separately.
- The research brief and the funnel files themselves.
What we measure
| The number | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Hook rate | How many people got past the first screen. If it is low, the ad and the funnel disagree. |
| Drop-off per step | Which question or screen loses people. |
| Lead rate | How many sessions became a lead. |
| Qualified lead rate | How many of those were worth a call, by rules we agreed with you. |
| Cost per qualified lead | What each good lead cost, joined to your ad spend by ad and by day. |
The engine
The engine
Windo funnels run on BlackFunnels, a system we built and maintain ourselves. It is open source, self-hosted, and it exists because we could not get research, tracking and honest statistics from one tool. It has twelve screen types, sixteen tracked events, twenty-two metrics, and a testing engine that reports confidence intervals and the probability that a variant is best, with a guardrail that flags a broken split. Nothing on it reaches Meta or your CRM until we deliberately switch it on.
Questions people ask
- Does it work with my CRM?
- Leads arrive by signed webhook in a shape HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zapier and Make accept. If your system can receive a webhook, it can receive these leads.
- Do I have to change my website?
- No. Funnels live on a subdomain like go.yourdomain.com, or on their own domain. Your site is untouched.
- Is it GDPR-safe?
- Leads are encrypted at rest. No raw IP addresses are stored. For EU traffic, a consent mode keeps the pixel and match data off until the visitor agrees.
- What if we stop working together?
- The funnels are files, the data is a database, and both are yours. We hand them over.
- Can it send people to my site instead of a form?
- Yes. A traffic funnel warms the visitor up with a few questions and passes them to your page with the campaign tags and their answers attached, so your page can personalize.
- How long before the first funnel is live?
- Intake and research come first, then the build, then a pre-launch check of the pixel and the CRM connection. We will give you a date once we have seen your materials.
